Strategic Planning and Execution: Plan, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, emphasizing digital communication and media strategies.
Collaborate in the creation of detailed annual marketing plans, encompassing day-to-day and communication strategies.
Assist in budgeting and proficiently manage the marketing budget across all campaigns.
Offer recommendations for marketing plans, promotional strategies, and project schedules.
Explore innovative ideas and strategic directions to enhance and expand new product launches in alignment with the marketing communication strategy.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for brand growth.
Continuously monitor market trends, study consumer markets, and analyze competitors’ activities to discern opportunities and critical issues.
Identify and analyze consumer insights, sales data, and market feedback to develop strategic directions for necessary adjustments in strategies.
Campaign Planning and Management: Create and propose monthly content plans based on defined content pillars and key messages to effectively fulfill communication objectives.
Supervise the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and manage in-house Creative and media agencies for consistent content creation and advertising across various social media platforms, including media planning, briefing, key visual creation, copywriting, and video materials.
Ensure marketing assets align with brand guidelines, are delivered on schedule, and meet the highest quality standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
Measure, analyze, evaluate, and present campaign performance through monthly and campaign-specific reports.
Business Development and Support: Expand new sales channels such as MT/TT, online platforms, and specialty stores.
Generate reports, analyses, presentations, and maintain databases as required by supervisors.
Provide support for all company strategic initiatives and perform any other duties as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presentations.
