Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential business areas, and growth opportunities.
Analyze market data and competitor activities to develop strategic insights to support new project development.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers that align with our project objectives locally and within the Greater China region.
Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements and collaborations.
Expand into new markets - both digital and offline, targeting Thai and Chinese audiences within the new project's scope. Strategize and execute plans to achieve this goal.
Effectively utilize existing resources to drive project success, including media connections and expertise.
Proactively build and maintain relationships within the Chinese community, business associations, and related industries to support project goals.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to identify opportunities.
Prepare compelling project proposals and presentations for potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
Clearly articulate the project vision, capabilities, and value propositions.

Minimum 2 years experienced in Business development / Transformation, Project leadership, Strategic Partnerships, or a related role.
Experience working on projects related to digital marketplaces, overseas procurement, media services, content licensing, language and cultural training, consulting, networking events, cultural events, and business hubs.
Strong understanding of the Chinese community in Thailand, the Thai audience interested in Chinese culture, and the Greater China market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of media and publishing industry trends is a plus.
Good in both Chinese and Thai languages is a plus.
